I love toys, but this location in the Dufferin Mall can be pretty unbearable at times.
There's usually at least one or two kids screaming from the top of their lungs, and the shelves are usually chaotic. I get it -- they're a toy store, so I will give them a pass on these things. The worst thing is that every time I've ever been there it seems like only one checkout line is open (even though they have about eight stations). Yet there are always 2-3 workers hanging out and chatting in the return department.
I will always hit this place up for presents when it comes to my niece and nephew because they have a large selection and they're located close to home. I just wish the bewildered staff was more on point -- especially when there's a rush at the checkout.
And for some reason they never seem to have bags. I once bought a small amount of items and they gave me a gigantic garbage bag-sized number.
