It's such a shame that education has been turned into an opportunity to make money. University of Phoenix essentially is an institution that demand an expensive tuition from their students in exchange for a degree. My family's experience at the University of Phoenix has been such a disappointment and very frustrating.
The classes here offered little guidance. The students would hardly be tested on the subjects. Many of the times, students would just know enough to present in class. In the short run, this is what students do to survive. In the long run, students aren't really learning what they should be learning. In addition to this, the material taught is very unfocused. I wouldn't even bother even considering University of Phoenix as a prospect university. It would be more beneficial and educational to attend a state university or community college.
I really don't like giving "one star" to companies, so I hope it shows how strongly I feel this institution should be avoided.
