  • The staff at Club Fetch are so amazing. With the large amount of dogs they provide daycare and boarding for, they know every single one by name and even know their moms and dads by name. We've been taking our pup Ellie to Club Fetch for a little over a year now and I'm happy to say that we're life-long customers as long as we are living in the Charlotte area. Ellie has been diagnosed with "chronic dry eye" and needs drops 3 times a day. Kelsy and other staff members are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that Ellie gets her medicine on time; they even give her extra love and treats afterwards. Thank you to Blaire, Jules, and the staff at Club Fetch for continuously showing Ellie so much love and affection, it gives us great comfort as her puppy parents to know that she is in great hands when she is with you. If you are new to the Charlotte area - Club Fetch is a great place to take your pup. You won't be disappointed!
