  • I live in NYC and went to the RTR here in the Flatiron which just didn't have the selection available to warrant me waiting in line for an hour to try on ONE dress. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, when I was already in Las Vegas with a day to find a dress for my friend's wedding. I thought I was going to have to go buy one but then my sister saw the RTR in the hotel she was staying at and I went over that morning to try my luck. Based on other reviews, I was worried that they wouldn't have any of the "larger sizes" mainly 6-8 which is where I'm falling these days. Lauren greeted me almost immediately (other salesperson greeted me right away but was finishing up a transaction with other customers) and asked me what I was looking for. She listened intently, asked if she could pick out some dresses for me while I was looking too. i went into the dressing room with lots to choose from and Lauren was by every few minutes or so (just the right amount of time) to help me zip up and give me her professional opinion. I almost walked away renting 2 dresses but in the end picked just one. Lauren wasn't pushy but suggested that I could pair it with some earrings, which I ended up renting too. It was such an enjoyable experience overall! I will definitely be back! Thank you!
