The guy running the place was not friendly at all, not that that really matters but I do appreciate friendly customer service. He plugged in my Lincoln Navigator, ran the tests and told me it was "rejected". Um, what the heck? He says someone has disconnected my battery or cleared my computer (neither has happened) and I have driven it plenty of miles. So, he charges me $18 and tells me to drive 60 miles and come back. When I return they will charge me $24 to re-test it. He says "It's not me, it's the computer". I'm a bit confused and I feel a little taken advantage of ONLY because the reasons he gave me for being rejected are not valid in my situation. Why do they charge you $18 for nothing?
