  • This location is a joke! There are no tellers there to assist anyone anymore and you can't deposit coins! What kind of a bank doesn't accept coins?! Just because you want to save a few bucks by eliminating jobs and replacing them with machines you end up inconveniencing all of your customers! I have two mortgages with you as well as a savings, checking and credit card with you but this is just unacceptable! When I take the time to go into a branch I expect there to be a person to help me and for a bank to accept legal tender! If you insist on having machines replace people than at least have an "insert coin" slot on your inside ATM machines so that your customers don't have to drive miles out of their way to deposit their coins that they already spent hours rolling!
