  • I'm only giving 2 stars for inconsistency. I usually like it here, but the last 2 times I have been very dissapointed. The first time I ordered a double, and was told that they don't serve doubles (I always get doubles) when I said that the guy tells me and my boyfriend that since he doesn't know us, we won't be getting doubles, and you have to be a regular. Wtf?!?! Sorry I don't live at your bar, but I shouldn't have to be a "regular" to order a drink I want. Now if I had a bit to much to drink and they thought I was too intoxicated, I would understand. But I had just walked in. I was completely sober. The last time I was there I was bringing a friend for the first time and had just talked this place up. We get in, and got no service for at least 5 minutes while waiting at the bar with 2 bartenders.(it was a Monday or Tuesday night and not busy) we finally ordered our drinks. I ordered a specialty shot and something else that was blue. I usually like the specialty shots cause they taste so great and start my night of right. They are 4 dollars a piece. Instead of making my shot properly with the different liquids, he poured some cheap red stuff in a glass. No mixing it, nothing (I've ordered this shot several times and no one's EVER done this) it was worth maybe a dollar. Gross. After I finished my other drink I went back to the bar (that wasn't That busy) to get one more before I keft. I waited and waited and waited. I tried to call the guy over. Nothing. Then some pretty little thing walks up and he goes straight to her and takes her order of like 4 different drinks and completely ignored me. (I had given no reason for him to do this as I was never rude when my shot was made wrong and I still tipped him) I ended up leaving without getting another drink and my friend doesn't want to go back again. It's gonna take some serious convincing for me to go back as well. But.. mojitos are great.
