  • I had my radiator and thermostat replace here a little over a year ago. Fast forward to this May. My car is overheating again. I bring it into Firestone and they run a cooling system diagnostic and find that the thermostat they put in a year ago is not working properly. They replace it free of charge. They then ask me to pay just for the diagnostic. I then bring up the fact that they were the ones who put in the faulty thermostat and I wouldn't need the diagnostic if they had not put in that faulty part. Eddie, the service person I was speaking with, looks into it and says the diagnostic will not be charged after all. Eddie and Jim are great. Very accommodating and reasonable customer services.
