  • An unlocked front door, furniture left everywhere except where it belongs, kitchen counters, sinks, showers and dusting not done....and this was to make up for the shitty job they did two weeks ago. This summed up my experience with The Cleaning Authority. I had a total of three appointments that got progressively worse. On the second visit, they broke a statue and left furniture strewn about like I had been robbed. I just got off the phone with someone to complain who apologized profusely for the terrible service and she admitted they had been getting quite a few calls lately and especially about the two guys who cleaned my house...uh...what?!! She then said they had a scheduler who left abruptly who made a mess of things, and admitted most of their staff was new and untrained, etc, etc. Are you friggin kidding me? That's all I needed to hear. She offered yet another redo and thought how will it be better that what I've received the past two times? I said mail my key back and cancel my account. Fool me once... Also, read their commitment to service excellence below. LIes.
