  • Yay for having a Urbn in our hotel! This one has multiple levels like the SF one but not as much stuff. But Boo cuz the customer service sucks here. I was trying to find help and it was hard to get someone's attention even though they weren't busy with any other customers but gossipping on the phone, so I just left.
