  • There are people practically living out of there. The on-site staff is very nice. This isn't a location you want to visit alone or at night - and I'm from a pretty rough neighborhood inside Chicago. GET THE INSURANCE if you decide to risk using this facility. Upon leaving, my storage neighbor clearly went over the edge (open for air circulation) and stole a very expensive wheel set for my racing bike. Everything in my unit was knocked down and much was broken. Called to report it and they said they would review the tape. I'm sure they heard the multiple "tenants" who are always there, eating McDonalds and cursing up a storm. No call back. Nothing. I DID SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT. TWICE. They were bo help at all. Thabks, Monica L. I also left March 23, 2018 and they billed me for the entire month. They told me to file a police report. They also clearly didn't care AT ALL. Pick a different location. Pick a different company. Pay the extra $10 for a facility that gives a crap about the customer, your heirlooms and goods.
