Well first off out of the 19 total pictures that were taken, there were only 2 that were acceptable. We were rushed through the entire 20 minute session. We were the last session for the evening and the photographer made us feel like she just wanted to go home. My daughter had 2 outfit changes- one for Christmas and the other for her 3rd bday. The Christmas back drop was not straight and was wrinkled in the background.. She wanted me (mom) to step in for about 3 of them and I definitely wasn't prepared but the photographer insisted and that it would just be from the legs down to show my daughter hugging my legs but she got all of me in it and she didn't even care that my shirt was all wrinkled and did not care to fix any of the necessary changes.. Her birthday shot were very quick. She took one picture for each word "I Am 3.." and you can't even tell what it says but the photographer said "perfect" when she snapped only 1 shot of each word she held convincing us that they were perfect shots. She even took one that was included in the package that had her holding up one of her bracelets which made no sense.. As soon as we were led to the computer to view the portraits that were taken and discuss package prices, the photographer was leaving and saying her goodbyes for the closing night and we were stuck looking at the most unprofessional photos I've ever seen to say the least and then pressured into buying into something I could have done myself. The girl putting our pics together and showing us edits and packaging did not know what she was doing as she was rushing trying to close the store, she also seemed annoyed that I was taking so long when really I was speechless and so upset inside I was trying so hard not to blow up on her while she was trying to convince and act like these photos were acceptable and clearly just trying to make a sale with me. So rude! If it wasnt 2 weeks before the holidays, trying to send out holiday cards and get birthday invitations, there's no way I would've paid a dime to these girls!! I paid $100 and that wasn't even for any prints! That $100 I spent, only paid to get the digital images.. not only did I spend way too much money, I had to get them printed out somewhere else just to get prints for cards! Never again!!
