| - Horrible service!
I ordered a "double dirty iced soy chai". I can tell by the color if it's been made with soy milk or not, so asked her if it had soy milk to be sure because it didn't look like it (I have a dairy allergy). The barista, with attitude, says "no", and offers me the messed up one. Then I think, well I better verify that she knows it's a double espresso shot just to be sure. I ask her, and with attitude again she raises her voice insisting I "never said double". I watch her make the second drink and pour whole milk AGAIN. She then throws it towards me, and I ask her (already knowing the answer to my question but wanting to be polite) if this one has soy milk. Without a direct response she starts cussing under her breath and getting upset.
She then skips over my drink and starts helping a regular (I could tell cause she called him by name). I watch her pour whole milk in the regulars soy green tea latte, stop herself halfway through, and then pour soy milk (without telling him!!!).
She offers him my second messed up drink and also the first one that she already gave to me that was in my hand and tells him they're "soy" chai lattes. I tell him it's not soy so he knows, and then she throws my third attempt of a drink at me with no words.
I'm 100% certain that this third drink is literally just soy milk and espresso and no chai tea as I've been watching her, but just grabbed the drink and ran after all of the drama and almost being late for work. I get in my car, take a sip, and yep, I have a Venti cup of soy milk with one espresso shot... YUMMM.
There's no way I would go back in there!! I drive across the street to the Starbucks on rainbow and warm springs and explained my situation, they apologized for her to me, and I end up having to just use my credit for my free Starbucks on my card to get a new one.
What a morning!!!
Horrible, horrible, horrible service! I've never seen this barista without an attitude, and after this experience I'll never go here again.
0 stars from me!
