  • These guys do the best driveline work in southern Nevada hands down. My grandfather has used them since the 90s. I dont know if things are slipping but I had the worst customer service I've ever received since owning this car. Didn't try to claim the warranty either because I wanted the work done as fast as possible. 3 weeks on a rear end rebuild and brake line replacement. I was originally quoted 2 weeks at the longest however even I can understand how things happen. Aside from that I was told friday(4 days prior to this post) at 4:55(35 minutes until closing time) that all it needed was to be test driven and it's good to go. Somehow they couldn't test drive it in the 35 minutes remaining in their business day so I'd have my car back for the weekend. Ok. It still took for 10:30 Monday morning to roll around and for me to have to physically come down to the shop after them being open for 2 hours already to be told that someone forgot to relay the fact that it was ready. Every single time during this rebuild I've had to call in to find out what's taking so long. As I did I was greeted with "we were just about to call you"or something of that nature. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service this go around. Again this review has absolutely nothing to do with the mechanical work of the car. These guys are the best in the entire state...
