  • I dealt with Eric and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Beware! I simply wanted to buy a device and add it to my plan. He tried to talk me into a pre-paid plan. Then the full court press to get into a new 2 year plan. He told me there were fees that were wrong. His math in his presentations was faulty and deceptive. Then when I said that wasn't what I wanted he became abrasive and condescending. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had! Again I say, beware!
