  • If I could I would give zero stars I would... my husband brought in his road bike to be packaged up in a box so he could ship it because he was selling it. Well when he picked it up the box opened up when he grabbed it out of the car... thank god it did!!! Because OMG was it horrible!! They legit put a shop rag on the chain and zip tied one spot .. but the chain was hanging all over the frame of the bike. Like seriously who does that? Would you want to buy a bike from someone and open the box to see this trashy shitty job of packaging!??!!?? They hardly wrapped anything up. If we shipped the bike the way it was, it totally would of been scratched. Honestly my 13 year old niece could of done a better job. So not only on top of doing an absolutely shitty job... when we returned to complain the guy with a black beard was a complete dick! The only nice person in there willing to work with him was the blonde girl. The owner walked by and smirked at my husband as if his issue didn't even matter... seriously this place is a joke!!! My husband asked if they package a lot of bikes for people and she said yes and he asked them if this is the way they always package them.. with dirty shop rags and half assed zip ties.. and no one could answer the question! WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! the service is absolutely shitty. The only thing they are good for is probably buying some spare parts. This place is the worst service we've ever experienced... especially for an owner to allow its employees to treat customers like shit and not intervene.. at this point it's pure laziness.... as a Massachusetts person would say... "do your job!" Seriously.
