  • My family and I have come to this location for a few years now. We also eat here about twice a month. Over the last few months however, service as well as the food, has been absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't usually write reviews yet here I am. Let's start with the last time I was here before today. We all ordered, drinks came out fast. One by one however, the food trickled out. And not at all quickly. One person would be done with their food before the next persons came out. And we didn't order anything time consuming either. Not to mention it was a slow day. So my dad always orders brown rice, they forgot per usual. It took 20 more minutes for his brown rice to come out. He was done with his food by that time. On top of that, they hadn't put in 2 of our orders. So while everyone had finished eating, 2 of us had been sitting there with no food at all. Eventually they realized their mistake and comped the 2 orders, which was absolutely necessary. During the time, our waitress never checked in on us, only when we asked about our food. She was also very curt. Now today, which is what made me write this review. Upon entering, we see it's packed. Nonetheless, you're in customer service. You do not get to give paying customers attitude. The waitress (same one as the last time who forgot to input our orders) is once again curt and not at all attentive. She forgets my brothers drink order. Fine. She forgets my dads brown rice as always (he gets gout otherwise it wouldn't be a big deal). This time it didn't take as long to come out. 2 of our meals come out, we finish eating them, and 2 of our party still has yet to get their food. Shocking. Not to mention my shrimp hibachi was ONCE AGAIN over cooked and TOO SALTY. Everyone eventually gets their food besides my brother, who only ordered udon.............noodles and broth for crying out loud. Mind you, the waitress knew he was waiting for it as she kept coming by saying "udon almost done". I mean, were they making the noodles from scratch back there? Highly doubt it as my brother stated how it wasn't even worth the wait. To sum up, we receive horrible service every time as well as mediocre food, every. Single. Time. Why we come back here is beyond me. If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would.
