  • Noelle and Ray showed up to do my carpet cleaning. Both people reeked of cigarette smoke. Then they both left for 30 minutes to "get equipment"! I had to boil water for their machine to work. They didn't even know how to use the shampooer and were yelling at each other. Then spilled all the back flow water into my kitchen on accident. Ray told me Noelle lied to him and told him she knew how to work that machine. I asked, "Why am I paying someone then who doesn't know what they are doing?" He laughed. I was so creeped out the whole time they were here and kept telling me the price was different. Don't use!
