  • Used to shop her semi-frequently. There have been a lot of changes recently and it's not the same. It was never ideal but I made do. Recently I called and asked them to hold a pre-order an extra week for pay day. The manager, who knows I'm a regular, said no problem and assured me they would hold it. I went in on pay day and they had sold it. All they could do was say sorry not sorry and then even proceeded to try and get me to upgrade my subscription to the elite tier. Like you just screwed me out of my pre-order and you're asking for MORE money? No thanks. Never again. I'll go to Gsmesurge in Barberton from now on.
