  • Moved to PHX less than two weeks ago and needed a wax STAT. I was pleased to hear they could fit me in within 2 hours of when I called in (unheard of at most SoCal salons). I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by my aesthetician Melissa. Her previous appointment was running late so she called her and got the OK to take me a bit early - NICE! She took her time with my appointment and we had great chats. She treated me like HER CLIENT, not just another customer coming through the door. I'm usually the type to shop around for wax appointments to find the best deal. The environment of the salon and especially Melissa's general attitude and demeanor will have me coming back to Salon D'Shayn during my time in Phoenix. Keep up the great work!
