  • I was tired of looking for quality meats at the local supermarkets. I found this butcher while searching on Google one day. I called asking if I need to special order beef short ribs (based on experience from the supermarket). I was told no and that they always have them in stock. Awesome. I go in and they cut them how I want them and at a decent price too! Meat was perfect. Since then I have been back several times including buying a whole beef tenderloin which they trimmed nicely for me. Great meat, great service, what more do you need to know? Do they charge more than the local supermarket? Yeah a little but the quality is vastly superior so it's worth it when trying to impress yourself.
