  • A co-worker recommended Maggie's when I told her my washing machine died and the new one I purchased would've be delivered for a week. I only brought 1 load of clothes to get me by until then. They have 2 sizes of washing machines, a small one for $2.00 and a larger one for $8.00 (takes quarters only). I had forgotten to bring detergent with me but was able to purchase 2 small boxes of powered detergent for 75 cents each. The staff there was very helpful in explaining how the machines worked, where to put the detergent, etc. The dryers also came in 2 sizes; the one I used was 25 cents for 7 minutes, but you can add as many quarters as you want. I tried 4 quarters for 28 min. but my load wasn't completely dried, so I added another dollar and that did it. They have baskets to use and plenty of folding tables. There are also a few big screen TVs to help pass the time, but I was texting on my phone most of the time, lol. Most of all, the place was very CLEAN, and because of that alone, I would definitely go back if I needed to. It's in the same shopping center as Zaxby's, so you can even go grab a bite to eat while waiting. I've also read that you can drop your clothes off, and for a small service fee they will do everything for you: wash, dry and fold. As you can see for yourself, there are many 5-star reviews for this place - including mine!
