  • I visited this location this morning, and was very u impressed. The staff was very snippy and unhelpful. I seemed to be just bothering them, even when checking out. They were rude to each other and to the customers. I was searching for a piece of material that is very common in plain black, and the woman working told me "I just have to look" (as if I hadn't already). On top of that everything was just dirty and looked like the store had been swept with some of the material pieces. Unfortunately I think I will just drive across town to the one in Phoenix, for the better customer service. I like to keep my business local, but I would even rather go to a big box store like Joann's next time.
