  • I have been coming here for over 15 years. And lately it's been quite an annoying trip to make. They are always overbooked and you are waiting an hour over your appointment time to be seen. On my last visit they scheduled me for the Tenaya location when I requested the Eastern. I show up at the Eastern for my appointment and she tells me I'm not scheduled today. They end up rescheduling me for the next day which made me totally upset because I missed work took my kids out of school and wasted my time and gas driving over here. They could have done something to make this right because it was their mistake but they simply did not care and rather argue with me. Very unprofessional
