Not impressed. I'm paired with this bank on a truck loan and when I received my first payment request I got a bunch of paper vouchers. I'm an automatic withdraw online kind of a person and I quickly looked to see what link to follow to register for online payments. Nothing! If here is something it's ridiculous to find. Then I went online and still nothing. Or ridiculous to find. Not user friendly. I was mildly irritated about that but no biggie. I have been mailing my payments in every month on time no debate. WELL I get a call from them stating that my payment is late. When I tell the lady I sent my payment she must have looked harder and, viola, there's my payment. She says. "Oh! I'm sorry we just got it today so it's 11days late. There's a late fee." What!!?!! Are sure it's late because you weren't sure it was even there. I asked her if she would wave the late fee or, at least, look at when it's post dated to see that it wasn't sent late. Her response was not budging on the late fee because "we can't control the post office". Neither can I, lady. Are you kidding me? Then she asks if I'd like to open a savings account. Nope. I'm out of here asap. If you can't waive a simple late fee for a paper shuffle up on your end. I probably won't trust you with any more of my money.
You should also seriously update your online services. Weak. ?
