  • Has Rabba never needed to provide customer service to their return customers? I CANNOT believe the way the owner (or old man miserable man) treats his customers. Refusing to let someone swipe their debit/credit card seems absurd in the year 2017. When I asked why do you have a credit option if I can't swipe my card, he proceeded to tell me that I ALWAYS ask questions like this....lol. I asked what he was referring and he angrily gave me my groceries. This is the most bizarre experience I've ever had at a grocery store. This man is SO miserable and sad - I can't even believe people frequent his location. It should be shut down or re-managed and I will go out of my way to frequent the location on Charles street as he does not deserve an ounce of my income let alone my time. I can't believe how much money I have spent there....
