  • As others have said staff here is really inconsistent. Some make it a fun and enjoyable experience and others do not. We went as part of a church group and had a wonderful experience with a lovely older lady staff member helping with the party. Then we held my son's 6th birthday party there and had a HORRIBLE experience. The primary staff member helping with our party was rude to parents and extremely unhelpful. She was constantly acting annoyed that we were there and muttering curse-like phrases under her breath. Since this is a place you go for the experience, unfortunately I would not recommend this as a place for a child's birthday based on our experience.
