  • It was my first time going there tonight.. like the ambiance don't get me wrong but bartenders RUDE!! I know their job is not easy but please just because we're asking for water doesn't mean that's the only thing we ordered from your bar.. so courtesy would be really appreciated for those paying customers who have been there prior to people who are just coming in.. especially if we asked for water first.. first comes first serve isn't that the SOP (standard operating procedure in case you don't know) ??! Or do we need to dress up with our boobs showing so you can serve us first??! How uncool is that? Malcolm , the bartender who tried to ignore me the second time I asked for water?? I'm sorry., you and your co-bartenders don't deserve to be represent a classy lounge such as this.. you guys are disgusting .. talking to your paying customers like we don't know our rights?! You should be ashamed of yourself! When customer starts complaining that you are trying to be in favor of others.. shut up and apologize and give them what they need! End of story. If you would have done that.. you wouldn't have this kind of review!! Your managers need to be hiring better bartenders.. with people skills! That's my 2 cents ..
