I'm saddened...this place was a beautiful place to live a few years ago. I held that apartment for over 3 yrs and I'm reading over these reviews and they are exposing the feelings that I had experienced which makes me not alone.
I feel it goes to show that there's a small fraction of good things being said here, that doesn't alarm the higher ups?
Why are these women still allowed to operate on such a high level concerning people's stability and heart. Positions like these demand a level of compassion and strength without judgement or inconvenience.
I entered in from a divorce some years back with a woman in the front office named Rebecca. She took care of me and made me feel like this was a home I could trust. It remained so for a large fraction of my stay until the company change. Things like that are crucially important to a single mom with a growing daughter.
I am really fighting the urge here to specifically name names as I feel they don't deserve the hate when others are reading this so I will say a crew is only as good as their leader. I WILL tell you that type of energy trickles down with a person that lacks the ability to see into a place that "she's above".
I'll also say security needs to be pumped up. One to two security walkers are not enough in such a large place where doors to your safe place can be kicked in, you could be violated at any moment with the door closed and no one to hear you but people who wouldn't want to get involved or alarms that sound for hours with no response or action is less than admirable, or are we just cutting costs?
The idea of heart being put into your work and the care of what you're putting out is an understatement and to be honest this mediator type woman thing you have commenting apologies after these reviews is quite insulting as this is in any way other than to save "face" that you all are being proactive in mending these things, so please don't comment after mine. Your best is treating people better, so make sure that happens.
To the staff: take time to listen to feel out each
individual situation, the con artist
you dealt with prior is not the
honest man before you.
P.s. Good management would show these reviews to their staff of specifically named and others to begin to cut the ego and build a different way. #yelp let's see where it goes...
