  • I paid $31.15 for 20 copies of a professional looking brochure for my non-profit organization, When I arrived home and fully examined the copy the quality was horrible and half the paragraph of the brochure was completely cut off, there was also a border when the original had none. The manager was the one who made them herself. When I called to make her aware of my issue, she had a nasty attitude and told me well just bring them back and they make more copies. The high prices and lack of care for their customers totally turned me away. So I did not go back. I just took it as a lost. I will never return to Office Depot. I would suggest going elsewhere..1/14/2017
