  • Most of the Front Desk staff are not very nice. They act like they hate their jobs from their ill attitudes. On many occasions, towels were dirty for a couple of hours. When I asked when they will be available, they were annoyed by my question and give dirty looks. SO WEIRD of them and RUDE! Last night ,LAUREN was the evening front desk person. As I walked in, I saw her playing with her Iphone and seemed annoyed that we interrupted her to get in the gym. Then...she snatched my card and was bit bitchy for no reason. I was bit take aback by her rudeness. She SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!!!! I say if you hate your job and are not a happy don't take it out and members. As for the gym itself...it has everything you need. They just need to work on their customer service skills and not give us dirty towels.
