  • Booking through the concierge I had the pleasure of speaking with Adelia. She not only listened to all my needs on my checklist for booking a suite or penthouse she gave me amazing advice and explained each available suite in detail. Although our entire conversation was around 10 minutes or so I learned so much and fell in love w the palms that much more. Im having a baby shower there in Janurary and we could not be more excited. Thanks to all Adelias help we are booking the right space for us and having catering taken care of as well. Shes the best. I am recommending all of my out of state guest to book there as well. Awesome staff. Free parking. Beautiful amenities and a perfect location for a small sophiticated baby shower.
