  • I came to this facility myself a few months ago on a referral. Front desk staff was rude & tech was great. Despite the fact that my wait time was longer than usual I let it slide because they apologized for the wait not knowing what happened to my papers. I decided to schedule my daughter for an exam to give them another try. Upon speaking to someone on the phone she came off as very rude just trying to get my information. That should've been a red flag for me already. Getting there today the office was completely empty. No patients waiting. I got there early to fill out paperwork but still took an hr to get into a room. Her tech wasn't very friendly either. After her first exam it took another hr to finally see Dr Rovit. Prior to him walking into the room they left our door open. I can see & hear him talking to the staff bad mouthing other patients. Finally he gets into our room. Bad attitude, bad vibes & bad all around. He walked in didn't say much & walked out. Horrible!!! I will never come back here again!!! Here's a place with a great clean facility & horrible people that give the health professionals a bad name.
