  • I am a blue chip member but that doesn't mean anything here! I arrived a few mins after 6am this morning with my daughter (who is on crutches and there was no one at the counter so we walked to the back by the cars. Again no one in there booth and my daughter needed to sit down so a gentleman from Hertz helped us. Finally a gentleman basically being disrespectful tells us to go back to the counter. So I go back in complaining about the poor customer service and the counter Girl says my name is heather and I don't care "I'm not renting to you". Mind you I was upset but I never swore or insulted anyone. I guess I should have looked at there 2 stars Yelp reviews . So I got a car from another place and they even brought the car to me where I was sitting outside with my daughter.
