  • The first time I came to Sparkle, I was told it would take 20 minutes to complete my wash. After 35 I went to check on my car and they hadn't even started. They offered me a "free" wash the next time I came in, which was basically just getting the wash I had already paid for but they didn't complete since I had to leave. I just returned and purchased the $24 "The Works" wash. This supposedly includes interior vacuum and dash and console dressing. When I dropped my car off I asked for them to vacuum the trunk. When I picked up my car when it was "finished", the trunk wasn't vacuumed, but neither was the rest of the car. I pointed out how dusty the console was and a smudge of some sort on the speedometer. I was told it would be extra for them to complete those items. WHAT. They didn't even do the bare minimum I had paid for, and wanted to charge me more for completing the tasks I had been charged once for. Total con-artists. I'll stick with a mobile detailing and car wash company that comes to me for $10 more. What a joke this place is.
