  • There is always a super long wait and the front desk isn't all that (although the technicians are nice), but Dr. Nelson is really an outstanding doctor. My daughter has been a patient for about 6 years since about the age of 3 because she has a medical condition (JRA) that could potentially impact her eyes (but fortunately has not). Dr. Nelson came highly recommended for good reason: she is the best at what she does. Unfortunately we just had to find a new doctor because scheduling is a nightmare. The person who tried to help me wasn't very helpful. They couldn't get us an appointment for months. I would like to continue with Dr. Nelson, but there's just too many hurdles in the way. I'll bring my daughter to my eye doctor going forward.
