  • I've tried various churrascaria restaurants throughout the our-- Las Vegas, Miami, Colorado Springs etc., so I am comparing FDC to them. The staff was friendly and outgoing, and I felt welcomed. The food on the other hand, was okay. Sadly, It did not knock my socks off. I hoped for well flavored meat, and the meet served did not meet my expectations(left me looking for steak sauce). The buffet was well organized and offered great choices of sides. Moreover, the mash potatoes were tasty and helped the meat taste a little bit better. Dessert was pretty impressive, I had the cheesecake--it was rich and very flavorful--it had drizzled strawberry sauce, which complimented it well. This restaurant is okay, but way overpriced when compared to other Brazilian steakhouses.
