  • Nice hotel that likes to nickel and dime their customers. I've stayed in many places in Las Vegas and this was the first time I've been hit up for making in room coffee. Everywhere else it's free, but here it's $4 extra per Kcup!! Also the snack items in the room are on a sensor so it if accidentally gets knocked over or disturbed it goes off thus incurring a charge, even if you place the item back. They tried to charge for items that the maid apparently knocked over while cleaning the room. I did not know this place was that desperate for money. Guess the $300+ a night room is not enough. Also their room service menu is a joke with limited items day or night. Congratulations Mandalay Bay you've successfully lost my business from this point forward.
