  • Unfortunately this place LIED about having someone who could braid hair properly. This was my first time at getting my hair braided while adding in synthetic hair, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. However after three hours in the chair I knew something wasn't quite right, plus she had to redo it three times because she couldn't make them thick enough. She kept telling me it only takes her 30 minutes normally. When we finally got the braids in I looked on the floor and there was more hair on the floor than in my head!!! She only sealed the ends of the hair instead of sealing all of it and not more than 24 hours later they were already falling apart. I was so so disappointed! I I would have gone back except I was out of the country for a festival so my hair completely fell out while I had no straighter or curling iron. Absolutely disappointed and will never go back!! Don't waste your money here.
