  • My husband and I have been here 3 times for testing. The staff is quick efficient and friendly. After testing we usually have results back in 2-3 days. Its been an overall good experience, the only thing I wish they could improve on is giving you the results as soon as they are avalible. For instance we had results the morning of the second day and recieved a call . My husband didn't hear his phone, they only called once. They didn't even call the back up number (me) provided. Or another time on the third day results were ready and hadn't been notified they were , my husband happen to swing by just to check , behold there they were. I can understand that results arent always a priority to staff, but to customers results can be a pretty big deal in a sense that its holding us back from the next steps in our life. Overall yes I would come back , but I would be more persistent with results by calling more frequently .
