I regrettably contacted this vet when our regular vet was unavailable to euthanize my sick, senior dog on short notice. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I should have left.
Not one person, not even Dr. McNulty, showed one ounce of compassion to either myself or my dog during this time. It's too painful to regurgitate all of the incompetencies here, but the single fact that during the entire 45 minutes that I was there (which was 30 minutes longer than I should have been) not one person in that entire office said the words, "I'm sorry for your loss."
I also brought my dog in with his favorite blanket and asked that it be placed in the box along with him so that I could bury him in the blanket. They did not return the blanket, and I could not bury my dog with his blanket.
