  • This is for the ER side of this location. My boy cut his hand pretty good and looked like stitches were inevitable. My wife made some quick calls on wait times at various medical places and they said to hurry up as it was about a 30 minute wait at that time. We hustled to this location, signed in and was being seen in 20 minutes. Again, being under Cigna insurance paid off as we seemed to leap frog other people who had already been waiting. Maybe it was the blood seeping from my boys bandaged hand, but usually going to any ER place is a hour by hour wait. Receptionists- I found pleasant as it was later in the evening and a long day for them. They were outgoing and friendly. ER Nurse- My son was very upset and scared. She charmed the tears away and made the thought of getting stitches sound eloquent and fashionable. ER Doctor- I loved this doctor. A very energetic, feisty Asian woman who was witty, calm and soothingly straight forward. Fast, efficient and after meticulously cleaning and examining my boys wound, announced glue would do the trick. No stitches! Overall I've been super impressed with using Cigna facilities. They are our new go to for all general medical needs.
