  • *****BEWARE***** Wifi broken, No more shuttle service, no more heated pool, jacuzzi broken, coke machine on 3rd floor broken, TV is so fuzzy & No channels, no more bottled water. Toilet broken hadto switch rooms, second room just as bad. Ripped carpet, peeling wallpaper, desk falling apart, food crumbs on chairs, dirty towels stained with yellow spots also on sheets too. Shower floor filthy dirty & hairy & moldy, across the street from the hood & drainage hole where the homeless live. That's why this *Cement Prison Hotel* has this much security. This is barely a 1.5 star hotel. It should be $30.00 a night. Service desk people won't try to make your stay better, even when they know your on your honeymoon. We're going to speak with the manager tomorrow am. This stay was unacceptable.
