  • I used to be an extremely loyal customer and shop here all the time but unfortunately I won't be back after my experience today. I brought in clothes to sell, (Top Shop, Wildfox, Jeffrey Campbell, Betsey Johnson, Nike, lots of expensive boutique clothes, etc) and I watched as they "looked" through my clothes, which was basically just the teenage girls there pushing a few of my clothes around, then telling me they couldn't take anything. I understand if a thrift store isn't interested in buying anything, but with the time I took to get the clothes together and drive here, I am extremely disappointed they couldn't even take the time to look. I would go elsewhere.
