  • Avoid Dr. Neal at all costs! He's so unprofessional that he was chewing his gum like a horse in my wife's ear while draining and packing a wound she had. And to top it off he didn't use any lidocaine! The only reason I'm not giving this 1 star is cause of the amazing nurse practitioner Edward. He unpacked her wound and he was so gentle and she felt no pain. I seriously wanted to knock Dr. Neal out!
