rev:text	Worst place ever. Regardless of the place always being empty at all hours of the day, I had to book an appointment to get my iPhone 6 battery replaced, I arrived on time to an empty store. Although the customer service reps are very attractive in appearance, they decided it would be a great idea to aggressively up-sell me and tell me that I had to get my entire face plate replaced due to a small chip which would take 5-8 business days and cost 180$ before I could get my battery replaced for 35$. They then tried to "mansplain" the components of a phone and how it works to me. I know how a phone works, I just wanted the battery replaced. I also know that I don't need a new faceplate in order to get the battery replaced. Thanks for gender profiling me you pseudo-frat douche bags. They clearly were just trying to up-sell in order to make it seem like I needed a new phone (180 + 35 = 215$, why not get a new phone for 300$?) kinda bullshit. They then told me that they could fix the battery on site if I had a newer phone and listed each other newer phones off... basically shaming me and making it seem like I needed a new phone in order to receive any phone services in general... cool beans, I'm not in the market for this pitch and will now never come back to this store again. Listen, my phone is 3 years old, I could give a shit less about the "warranty" that's already twice expired. I could give a fuck less about having a "cool phone". I left the store extremely frustrated and went to the Asian place across the street who changed my battery for 35$ and replaced it in 15 minutes with no appointment required. He was so great, I impulse bought a new phone case. My phone works perfectly now and it took no time at all to get what I asked for, with no bullshit mansplaining bro douchery required. Fck you Jump+, get out of our neighbourhood, I hope this business fails. Their sales "pitches" are way too aggressive and they are extremely condescending to women. Its 2018, wake the fck up.
