  • Got me in last minute...then got busy. Asked for an easy gel application (no manicure). The woman doing my nails was also answering the phone while providing a service. Stopped multiple times to do so. It got busy, she got rushed and I left with gel polish all over my cuticles and tips of my fingers. She tried to file it off after it had cured with no luck...told me it will eventually come off. Very rushed, not very clean, very poor quality. They were kind however.
