  • Not satisfied with either the customer service attitude or procedure. The location is very difficult to find! I called to get directions and discovered it is merely an answering service and the person answering the phone could not provide adequate directions. When I finally arrived, Effie didn't seem apologetic or caring at all. There is absolutely NO facial involved with the Groupon "facial and peel." She just cleans your face with cleanser and a warm towel. She applied the product and there was a very mild tingling - now I have had many chemical peels and they always have required fanning. Not the case here. She then put some other lotions on and off I went - I doubt I was there for fifteen minutes. Well, I guess what can one expect for a peel for under $30? anyway? This is hwy I never buy a Groupon package - I will try the service once and if it's good I will purchase more or even pay full price. Too bad she won't see my face again.
