  • We have been here a handful of times and yesterday was our last. We got there for an early dinner at about 510. They asked if we wouldn't mind waiting for 20 minutes. I asked what the other option was and the hostess said there was not one. So we waited the 20 minutes, plus another 10 and they said they were just waiting for the other party to show up. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. As we got up and said we were leaving, she said we can seat you. Sure you can "seat me" but I probably won't be eating for another hour. Horrible service! No one offered me a drink or apologized. The parking lot was pretty empty and there were so many employees there. I will be going elsewhere when I want Teppan.
