  • Met up with family from Asheville and Atlanta. Great place to enjoy small plates of goodness! Started with the Southern Caprese - fried green tomatoes with mozzarella and a fig balsamic drizzle. Added the pepperoni & mozzarella & pesto flatbread and fried pickles with horsey aiol. Nice start with good flavor. Round 2 - Red Pepper Artichoke Dip, Shrimp and grits with goat cheese & a red pepper cream sauce--interesting as we first thought the shrimp was sitting on a crouton - actually was a "grit cake", creative! Round 3 - Black Bean Sliders with house made guacamole and a grilled green tomato, Pommes Frites. Last round was a doozy - Market Mac-n-cheese with smoked pepper and buttered breadcrumbs and the Cherry Glazed Lamb Lollipops served medium rare with black cherries along side a spring mix with a feta vinaigrette....OHHHH MYYYY! Lamb was the hit!! All that can be said is "we'll be back to try the rest of the menu!" Katie took wonderful care of us! Wine specials on Tuesdays. Nice craft selection of draft beer. Plan to stay because you'll want to linger over every bite!
